We don’t really need to give more money to social services — they already have plenty of money being given to them.
But poor people really need to be more responsible with the money they’re given. If they’re given money, then they should be keeping records of how they’re spending it. Because, you know, poor people can’t be trusted with money. That’s probably why they’re poor already.
